Pizza Catering at Bordesley Park and Storyteller Bar, Cheltenham
This week took the Big Slice team to two very different venues for two carefully tailored catering services: a late-afternoon wedding at Bordesley Park and a Pizza Only buffet at Storyteller Bar in Cheltenham.
Across Thursday 29 and Friday 30 October 2026, we served 110 guests in total. The two bookings demonstrate how couples and event organisers can choose the level of mobile pizza catering that best suits their occasion, venue and budget.
Thursday 29 October: full-service wedding catering at Bordesley Park
On Thursday, we returned to Bordesley Park to provide late-afternoon wedding catering for 50 guests.
The couple chose our Full Package, which includes freshly stone-baked pizza and a selection of sides. Our team prepared, cooked and served everything at the venue. As a result, the newlyweds and their guests could relax and enjoy the celebration.
Bordesley Park is one of our regular wedding venues. Therefore, our team already understands the venue’s access, setup and service arrangements. This experience helps us provide a smooth and dependable service when timing matters most.
We can also cater for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and halal diets. Please confirm any dietary requirements before the event so our team can prepare accordingly.

Friday 30 October: Pizza Only buffet at Storyteller Bar in Cheltenham
On Friday, we travelled to Storyteller Bar in Cheltenham to provide our Pizza Only buffet for 60 guests.
The Pizza Only service is a strong option for parties and private events where freshly prepared pizza is the main attraction. Guests can enjoy a selection of stone-baked pizzas served buffet-style, while our experienced team manages the preparation, cooking and service.
This package offers a simple and effective catering solution without unnecessary extras. It is particularly well suited to bars, private venues, milestone celebrations and evening parties where organisers want hot, freshly made food that guests can enjoy comfortably while socialising.
Our mobile setup allows us to travel to venues across the Midlands and beyond, including Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds, subject to access and availability.
